• On-chain business (prediction markets, DEX market making) lead, also responsible for building the quantitative trading middle platform and developing BTS market making, beta hedging, and comprehensive arbitrage strategies.
• Built a quantitative trading middle platform for a 9-person team from 0 to 1, serving as the unified entry point for four business lines, supporting collaboration among 80+ users, and eliminating discrepancies caused by inconsistent data definitions.
• Manage 2000+ trading accounts, deeply integrate with 10+ major exchange APIs, and centrally control 1000+ cross-language strategy instances for one-click deployment, upgrades, and risk monitoring.
• Led the Python-to-C++ refactoring of the BTS market-making engine, reducing end-to-end order execution latency to P9.60ms→8msParameter hot updates reduce real-time tuning restart time from minutes to 10ms.
• Led the GCP-to-AWS production migration using a "services-first, data-second" phased rollout. Enabled full rollback capability prior to DNS cutover, ensuring zero transaction interruption.
• Established dual on-chain business lines: Prediction markets (Polymarket integration and on-chain settlement) and DEX market making (RFQ quoting, signing, settlement, and reconciliation) have been successfully validated in the test environment.

Smart Devices & Self-Service Retail

• Led the migration of the device communication architecture from Netty to MQTT + RocketMQ + Alibaba Cloud IoT Suite, supporting 10K concurrent devices with high stability.87%→99.3%。
• Handles real-time processing of 10,000+ daily reports, reducing data latency from 13 hours to real-time.
